1. Cook the wallaby kransky over a low to medium heat in a frying pan until evenly browned and smelling heavenly. Once cooked remove the kransky and in the same pan add the onions, turn the heat up to high and get a nice brown colour on the onions, then add the garlic and cook for a further minute. Pour in the sauces and bring to boil, whisk in the butter and it’s ready to serve.
2 2. Arrange the mash in the centre of your plate, top with 2 kransky and pour the onion and sauce over the kransky. Enjoy!
