Wallaby salami chilli spaghetti

Ingredients
  • 1 pkt wallaby salami, sliced into 2mm strips
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 100 g zucchini sliced 5mm thin
  • 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
  • Fresh red chili to taste
  • 2 -3 tbsp kalamata olives
  • Half a head of coz lettuce, leaves picked
  • 75 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • Cooked cold spaghetti
  • Fresh parmesan or feta cheese
Instructions

    1. In a large pan heat generous amount of olive oil, add red onion, olives, and garlic, cook for a minute then add chili salami and zucchini, cook for another minute

    2. Add in the spaghetti and toss to warm through, add in the coz lettuce leaves and cook for a minute.

    3. Serve straight away and top with cheese of your choice.
