Once tender, allow the wings to cool in the stock overnight. Once cooled they can be removed from the stock and kept 3-4 days in the fridge until needed, (allowing you to get prepared ahead)
4 Coat the wings in the BBQ glaze and place on a baking paper and cook in a pre-heated 200c oven for 15 min. You can also put them in an air fryer for a great result.
5 Enjoy these sticky “wings” with a little salad.
