2. Add in the vegetables and mushrooms in the same pan. Sauté until they start to soften, then add Worcestershire sauce, vegemite and rosemary. Cook for a further minute then add enough water to just cover the meat.
3 3. Simmer for 75-90min until tender.
4 4. Thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch if needed.
5 I like to eat this with roasted potatoes & carrots that’s been cooked with fresh sage.
