Transfer these to a mixing bowl and mix together with the wallaby meat, fruit, eggs and salt and pepper. Form into walnut sized balls
3 On a tray combine the flour and cheese and season well. Roll the meat balls in the flour mixture. (gluten free breadcrumbs can also be used)
4 Heat the oil in a pan and cook the meatballs gently until golden brown
5 Serve warm with minted yoghurt or pepperberry and pear chutney
