Lenah’s mission is to generate high value products and markets, enabling Tasmanian farmers to view wallaby (and other game) as a valued harvestable asset.

Zero Waste
We strive for complete utilisation of previously wasted, culled animals. We are committed to transitioning away from single use, non compostable plastics to more environmentally responsible packaging.
Food Security
Wallaby will be readily available for chefs and home cooks in the majority of Australian states and territories.

We are leaders in developing a sustainable, ethical industry with social license. We work collaboratively with all levels of government to ensure high industry standards.
Animal Welfare
We are committed to use of world’s best practices for animal dispatch. The wild harvest of animals by professional marksmen minimises suffering in meat protein production.

We are committed to reducing our environmental impacts with the goal of Real Zero by 2030.
Care of Community
We recognise that we have a responsibility to help those in need. As such we regularly donate to Foodbank with the goal of providing at least 5000 protein serves per year.
