The wallaby enterprise will have sufficient value and scale for farmers to dedicate parts of their property to wallaby and harvest them as a farm enterprise.
Wallaby will feature on menus all over the country, in restaurants and at home, celebrated as a tasty, ethical, Real Zero, sustainable, uniquely Tasmanian meat.
Wuggs, a Tasmanian icon, will be the preferred way to keep toes warm.
Native animals will be honoured and celebrated, habitat extended and biodiversity enhanced.
