While wallaby might be what we’re best known for, it’s far from the whole story.

At Lenah, we also produce premium Tasmanian kangaroo—lean, flavourful, and a little different from the mainland roo. And then there’s our standout: wild-harvested Tasmanian fallow deer venison, which we genuinely believe ranks among the finest in the Southern Hemisphere.

Our venison range covers everything from beautiful roasting cuts to more specialised options like ribs and necks—perfect for slow cooking and bold, rustic dishes.

We also offer wild hare and rabbit, each with its own distinct character in the kitchen. Hare brings a deeper, richer flavour, while rabbit is lighter and more delicate—both ideal for traditional recipes or something a little more adventurous.

What ties it all together is how we source and handle our product. Everything is wild-harvested by professional, licensed harvesters and processed to the same high standards we apply across all our meats.
