Wallaby Kransky & Mash

Ingredients
- 400 wallaby g Kransky
- 2 onions, 2 sliced 1cm thick
- 1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 50 butter g
- Mash potato
1. Cook the wallaby kransky over a low to medium heat in a frying pan until evenly browned and smelling heavenly. Once cooked remove the kransky and in the same pan add the onions, turn the heat up to high and get a nice brown colour on the onions, then add the garlic and cook for a further minute. Pour in the sauces and bring to boil, whisk in the butter and it’s ready to serve.
2. Arrange the mash in the centre of your plate, top with 2 kransky and pour the onion and sauce over the kransky. Enjoy!
