Wallaby salami chilli spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 pkt wallaby salami, sliced into 2mm strips
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 100 g zucchini sliced 5mm thin
- 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
- Fresh red chili to taste
- 2 -3 tbsp kalamata olives
- Half a head of coz lettuce, leaves picked
- 75 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- Cooked cold spaghetti
- Fresh parmesan or feta cheese
1. In a large pan heat generous amount of olive oil, add red onion, olives, and garlic, cook for a minute then add chili salami and zucchini, cook for another minute
2. Add in the spaghetti and toss to warm through, add in the coz lettuce leaves and cook for a minute.
3. Serve straight away and top with cheese of your choice.
