Wallaby kranksy

Ingredients
- 1 pkt Wallaby kransky
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- pickled gherkin
- pickled onion, zucchini, jalapeno etc
- 4 tbsp whole grain mustard
1. Cut incisions in the wallaby kransky about 2/3 through the centre, sauté in a little oil until it blisters and start to smell heavenly.
2. If you are making skewers allow to cool for a minute, then slice through and thread with the pickles.
These sausages are ready to eat cold and does not need further cooking, warming them up will further enhance their flavour and smoky aroma.
